All about the Prints

About the Prints
These are the highest quality prints you will find in this industry period. All of the care and passion that can be applied are used in the creation and presentation of these art pieces. It is my intent to create a new standard for the presentation of fine art pieces for the martial arts industry as well as the supporting group that surrounds it.

Printing and Giclees
Giclees (pronounced Zhee-clays), from the French word meaning to spray or to squirt, is an extraordinary print technology that captures the color, depth and texture of original artworks. Each drop of ink is one-tenth the width of a human hair giving my illustrations an exceptionally high resolution. In addition, each limited edition piece is reproduced on acid free watercolor paper to enhance it’s distinctive flair.
Certificate of Authenticity and Shipping: Each work of art, available for purchase comes with it’s own certificate of authenticity to insure the integrity of the piece and is then placed into a fitted double mat and shrink wrapped in plastic before shipping. All Ed Parker Jr. prints are delivered through UPS and require and estimated two weeks for shipping.

Size and Media
We currently offer the following sizes listed below. Each size comes produced with a different type of media.

There are 2 different sizes available:

1 • SMALL (8.5 inches by 11 inches) comes on heavy matte acid free media paper, it is double matted and shrink wrapped to help ensure the safety of the artwork. It comes with a double matting the art comes ready to frame in a standard 11 inches by 14 inches frame. (This size is not available on all prints).

 

2 • LARGE (13 inches by 19 inches) this piece is signed and numbered by the artist. Only a limited number of prints (usually numbered between 40 and 300) are made in this original size reproduction of the art. The print comes on heavy matte acid free watercolor paper, it is double matted and thick plastic polly bag sealed to help ensure the safety of the artwork. With the double matting the art comes ready to frame in a standard 18 inch by 24 inch frame. Print also comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Certificate of Authenticity
Each large sized giclee’s, comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the publisher and artist.

Proper Care
Giclees are also known to be fade resistant with proper care. By keeping your giclee from moisture or direct sunlight through proper framing you ensure the color intensity for years to come.

All pricing is set by the publisher and artist Edmund Parker Jr., Pasadena, California. All pricing is negotiable. Quantity discounts are available. Shipping and all associated costs are the financial responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be responsible for damages incurred in shipping. If insurance is needed it must be requested and appropriate fees apply.
